近日，湖北省经济和信息化厅公布了2026年先进级智能工厂名单。武钢硅钢智能检测工厂（质检中心硅钢工作区）成功入选。
此次获奖，是中国宝武“人工智能+钢铁”战略和宝钢股份智能制造2.0战略的重要实践。该工厂以全流程无人智能检测为核心，融合机器视觉、深度学习、数字孪生、5G、千兆光环网等技术，形成了“装备升级+技术创新+管理重组”三位一体的发展模式。
该工厂建立以5G和千兆光环网为支撑的四层协同技术架构，配备自动激光切割、交流磁力测试设备等20余套高端设施。关键设备数控化、网络化率达到100%，实现数百个硅钢牌号的不间断检测切换。自主研发的全自动维氏硬度计、电工钢附着力测试仪等多项设备，填补了全流程无人检测的空白，通过机器视觉和深度学习算法，测量精度超越国家标准。 
智能化改造成效显着。该工厂每天处理 3,600 多个硅钢样品，效率提高了 38%。支持300万吨硅钢产能检查工作，无需额外增加人力。关键岗位劳动强度大幅降低，设备故障率和停机时间大幅降低，设备综合利用率达到99.7%。基于二维码的全流程追溯确保产品质量。 
该智能检测方案已复制到冷轧作业区。为武钢内部智能化升级积累了实践经验，为我国钢铁行业检验检测实验室转型提供了宝贵的参考。
