近期，鞍钢硅钢事业部西产区依托质量月活动，重点开展新能源硅钢、取向硅钢质量提升工作。采取多项措施加强质量控制，提高了高牌号电工钢的成材率和稳定性。
产区针对新能源硅钢关键生产节点，推进AA3机组涂镀工艺标准化操作。梳理全过程控制点，明确工艺参数、操作规范和应急预案，细化涂层压力、厚度、炉温等核心指标，从源头上稳定产品质量。 
同时，该区对质检人员进行培训，建立缺陷档案。跨部门团队共同应对裂边等多发缺陷，构建闭环管理体系，解决生产瓶颈。团队打破专业壁垒，采用“技术求解决、团队求执行、检验员严把关”的协作机制。全面实行三级过程检验制度，对原材料、生产、成品进行监控。根据下游工序的反馈不断优化流程，微小的改进共同推动质量的稳定增长。 
下一步，西产区将持续推进标准化、技能培训和缺陷排查工作。夯实优质新能源硅钢质量保障，完成年度质量目标，支撑新能源产业链高质量发展。
